Created exclusively for AG Women Connect, the Rooted in Strength collection celebrates the women whose leadership, resilience, and connection continue to shape agriculture and rural communities.

**Once all orders have been submitted jackets take around 12-14 weeks for delivery. Every jacket is custom and not cut or embroidered until order is submitted.
