Many of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or sourced through trusted vendors and suppliers. Because of this, order timelines, materials, colors, and availability may be affected by vendor availability, supply chain demands, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of our direct control.
Materials, fabrics, leather, wool blends, thread colors, hardware, trims, and other product components may vary or change without prior notice due to availability, production requirements, or supply chain conditions. We make every reasonable effort to maintain the quality, appearance, and standards our customers expect.
Items that are not produced by Cherokee Moon Clothing Co | M & M Award Apparel | Rodeo Back Numbers and are sold through our website or Facebook page may be canceled as long as the item has not yet shipped.
Once an item has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. You may contact us by email at cherokeemoonclothingco@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
Returned items must be received within 3 days of delivery, as verified by tracking information. Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Returns are at the customer’s expense, and original shipping charges will not be credited.
Once the item is received, it will be inspected. If the item is approved and found to be in original condition, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount of the item only. All returns must include the return authorization printout and original order information.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to exchange the item or issue a store credit when eligible.
You must contact Cherokee Moon Clothing Co within 2 days of receipt, as verified by tracking information. Items must be in original, unwashed, unworn condition with no visible signs of wear and must be free of stains, odors, smoke, pet hair, damage, or alteration. Tags must still be attached.

All returns are at the customer’s expense. Store credit will be issued for the amount of the item only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you request an exchange, the cost of the exchange will be applied against your store credit. Any additional balance will be billed to the customer, and the replacement item will ship once the invoice is paid.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
No refunds of any kind will be issued. Store credit only.
Most items produced by Cherokee Moon Clothing Co | M & M Award Apparel | Rodeo Back Numbers are customized, personalized, made-to-order, or manufactured specifically for the customer. Because of this, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
All custom and manufactured items are inspected before shipping and are intended to be free of material defects at the time they leave our facility or production partner.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe there is an issue with your item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt, as verified by tracking information. After 3 days, no replacements, repairs, or adjustments will be provided.
No replacement item will be sent until the original item has been returned to our office or otherwise reviewed as directed by us. Cherokee Moon Clothing Co | M & M Award Apparel | Rodeo Back Numbers reserve the right to inspect and verify any reported defect before approving a repair or replacement.
Fabric colors, wool blends, leather, cowhide, thread colors, embroidery materials, hardware, trims, and other product components may vary from lot to lot or change due to supplier availability and supply chain demands. We make every reasonable effort to keep repeat orders as consistent as possible with previous orders; however, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
If there is an error in spelling, sizing, personalization, artwork, or production and the mistake was made by Cherokee Moon Clothing Co | M & M Award Apparel | Rodeo Back Numbers, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
If the error is due to customer-provided information, sizing, spelling, approval, artwork, or order details, we will gladly work with the customer to replace or correct the item; however, additional charges will apply.
Items purchased that are not produced by Cherokee Moon Clothing Co | M & M Award Apparel | Rodeo Back Numbers will be shipped in a timely manner, typically within 48 hours, when available and ready to ship.
Once an item is placed with the selected shipping provider, delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping carrier. Cherokee Moon Clothing Co | M & M Award Apparel | Rodeo Back Numbers are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather, customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, high-volume shipping seasons, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Custom embroidery items, custom apparel, award jackets, rodeo back numbers, and other made-to-order items require production time before shipping.
Custom embroidery items generally require 5–6 weeks of processing time after all artwork, approvals, order details, and payment have been received.
Custom award jackets may be produced internationally and shipped by air using DHL or another available international shipping provider. Shipping timelines may vary due to international production schedules, customs, carrier delays, supply chain demands, and shipping-provider availability.

However, shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, suppliers, manufacturers, weather, labor disruptions, or other outside factors are outside of our responsible scope and cannot be guaranteed.
If you need an item sooner than the standard processing time, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate the request when possible, but rush timelines and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Color variations, texture differences, leather markings, hide variations, fabric lot differences, and thread color variations may occur and are not considered defects. Natural leather and cowhide products may include variations in grain, markings, color, and texture, which are part of the character of genuine materials.
